Altenberger Cathedral 

We begin with a trip on the Wuppertal suspension railway. This world famous emblem is today also the most important form of transport in the city. On this trip, we will admire many landmarks and observe the city from above, thereby providing a totally different perspective of the place. Then, we will travel through the picturesque Bergisches Land to reach Altenburg. The Altenburg Cathedral has been a place of pilgrimage for hundreds of years.  We will visit the region’s most eminent Cathedral, its gardens and surrounds. At the end of the drive, is a stop at either „Hähnchen Ewald“ (the region’s best crispy chicken resturant) or Schloß Bensberg (a former hunting palace and 5 star hotel), completely depending on your taste and mood.
